By placing an order with The k cake dessert. you (the customer) are agreeing to the terms set below.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Once a cake or dessert has been accepted and leave the store, it becomes the customer’s responsibility for the safekeeping and further transport of the cake/ desserts.¬†

No refunds will be given if there is a mishap during transit after the cake has been passed over to you. Please kindly ask one of our front shop staff for advice on how to transport and store cakes/desserts. If the dessert is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will do our best to resolve the issue. We may ask for photographic evidence of the defect before proceeding with a return or refund. We reserve the right to determine whether a dessert is defective or damaged. We may request that you return the dessert to us for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.
